Mater Dei High School, a co-educational college preparatory diocesan Catholic high school, has an immediate opening for a School Bus Monitor. This part-time, non- exempt position is to support the safe and reliable transportation of students by assisting the bus driver with the movement, conduct and care of students while they are being transported to an assigned destination as well as when they are boarding or leaving the vehicle.

Must have a valid driver's license and insurance. Meet physical requirements. Satisfactorily complete and pass all training and attend safety meetings and in-service meetings in order to remain qualified. Ability to relate to and work well with high school age students. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift and assist students when necessary.

Education/Requirement: High School diploma required. Must be 18 years old. Must have a current driver's license.

Hours: Split Shift (mornings and late afternoons to evenings)
